I couldn't get into this book. The maid was an okay character but the rock star, Jay/Jason was just a guy and not very likable. He was always bragging about his conquests. At least Audra was likable and that was about it. It was not very steamy either. It ended abruptly, not even sure it was a happy ending either. I was grateful it was a free book.

Loved this holiday resort romance with a rock star. Audra was feisty and Jay annoyingly obnoxious. I liked how Audra finally saw the light about not being the mom to all her siblings and that she decided to day yes to quite a few opportunities, job and romance wise. Loved how Jay read romance books to educate himself about what women want. Was rooting for the main characters til the end, but sadly, it doesn't seem like the romance will continue in book 2.
(at least not from the book 2 description). Recommended for lovers of holiday and rock star romances with hot bedroom scenes.

I loved this book but wanted more from the ending. They got together and the book ended. They were both set for opposite directions, what now??? I hate when they write one story over multiple books and I have to read each to find the end but I really liked this book overall. I just want to know what happened in the end besides them getting together with an ahh hah moment. The end
