Such a great way to close out the series!

Prometheus is book 6 in the Colony: Holiday series of bite sized stories centered around a colony of intermingling aliens and humans as they get to know one another. The books can be read standalone and in any order. We get to drop in on all of the previous characters in this series, so you'll get a little happiness from that if you've read them, but you won't hurt any if you haven't. It is written in third person omniscient perspective from both leads' (alternating) point of view. This book is a great followup to Valentine because it is pretty humorous from start to finish. I laughed quite a few times and really enjoyed the ride that both Pandora and Prometheus get to go through for this particular bite sized story. Their names are just icing on the cake. Cute little romance that neither expects but rounds out the whole series nicely. If you like aliens, steam, getting to see a horrible boss get his deserts, and a hefty dose of friendship, this is a great book for you! Definitely a must read if you've enjoyed any of the rest of this series.

I love the Colony books

This was another good story set in the Colony. Prometheus is lost during the war but is found a few years later and taken to the colony. Pandora is notified that he is alive and goes to see him. He is not whole and his memories are gone so it tugs at your heart. You see them go thru their individual problems until everything works out. They end up getting back together and making the best of the situation. I loved it can't wait for more stories from the Colony.

Sweet Love Story

To pump up his ratings, news anchor Prometheus cooks up an April's Fool con with his buddies. In the meantime, scientist Pandora makes a strange discovery. It seems the fake news about the discovery of alien life is true! To his credit, Prometheus plays it straight when he realizes his fake story isn't fake at all. This may be due in part to his attraction to the scientist. So while trying to report the story fairly, he is also trying to advance his prospects with Pandora. But the news keeps getting in the way! However, this is a love story. Eventually Prometheus and Pandora manage to get together and create their own sweet love story. And the end is very satisfying for all concerned!Prometheus is a short story perfect to fit in before bedtime. So visit the Colony and get to know some more of the fascinating residents. Five stars!I received a free copy of this book via the author and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Joke turn around

I loved this book!! Especially how the joke turned out to be true. Though that poor Doc. She just wasn't winning against getting the apparatuses clean.... I also enjoyed catching up with the others...
Pity that this is the last book in the series. I've been really enjoying them!

April Fool

Prometheus is handsome and popular, but his seat as anchorman on the nightly news may be in danger if he doesn't come up with a very good story, and quick. He and his friends come up with an April Fools day prank, a stunning story about the discovery of alien life. Pandora is a geologist who just happens to be studying samples from the expedition used in Prometheus's story. Maybe it isn't a joke after all. They meet to discuss the possibilities, and before you know it, the story is not the only hot thing in town. This is an entertaining story with likeable characters, and sadly the end of the series. I enjoyed each of these quick reads about love in space.
