A great story. I loved how quickly Maria took to her new home in Fremantle. How she learned the ropes of working with humans. Even without wanting the attention, she is regularly subjected to both positive and negative forms from the males on the island. Her desire to earn enough to seek out William, whom she met and fell in love with in the first book, was inspiring. The end of this story is heart-warming.Easy-to-read. Entertaining. Great world building. Happily Ever After. Inspirational. Romantic. Steamy. Unpredictable. Wonderful characters.I received a review copy of this book from a third party. This is my honest review.

I am enjoying the series. So far this is book 2 . If you like myth and sirens/Mermaids this book is for you. It is a lot more than the little mermaid. Not for children. Adult content.Cynthia Boss

I ended up starting this book right after I read the first one. In fact I read the first and second book all in one day. I love this series so much! I gave it only 4 stars just because it was a little slow leading up to Maria's and Williams reunion for me, but other than that I loved it! I highly recommend reading this series! You will not be disappointed!
